What is Sora Build?
Construction project management software for general contractors and homebuilders.
Do supers and clients need an app or an account?
Supers sign in from their phone's browser and count toward your plan. Clients get a free login and never count. Paying an invoice needs no account.
Where does client money go, and what does it cost?
Into your own Stripe account, then your bank. Sora Build never holds it. Sora Build charges 0.5% of each online payment in Canadian dollars, at most CA$100 per payment, taken from what you receive. US-dollar payments carry no Sora Build fee.
How client payments workWho can see our data?
Your team sees what their role allows, and field roles never see money. Clients see only their own project. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's.
